Brian Simmons has more than 30 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of tax planning and business matters.
Brian practiced law for several years prior to joining Kerkering Barberio and has also served as Chief Financial Officer for a large consulting firm. He has extensive experience with the taxation of S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and tax-exempt organizations. Brian also regularly represents clients in tax audits and disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and state agencies.
