At Kerkering Barberio (KB), we believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work. We encourage our staff to find a cause for which they are passionate about and get involved. KB's Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) serves to support community involvement. In short, the Program envisions employees being encouraged to volunteer their time and efforts to support local community based organizations with the firm supporting them by providing monetary contributions and time off for employees.
Many of our KB members participate in a variety of nonprofit organizations that range from civic to arts to education. Annually, KB employees contribute hundreds of hours of personal time to better our community. They volunteer in a variety of ways including serving on boards and committees. Overall, KB’s staff are involved in over 150 local nonprofit groups. As a Firm, KB specifically commits time, talent and resources to the United Way Suncoast.
