Kerkering Barberio utilizes a corporate style of management in which the strategic direction and vision for the firm is developed by its own Board of Directors that includes the Managing Shareholder plus four other Shareholders. Board directives and day-to-day management of the operations is handled by a professional management team consisting of John Nicholas, Chief Operating Officer, and Tracy O' Neill, Chief Administrative Officer.
